  • We are based in New Braunfels, Texas, and proudly serve San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Laredo, and surrounding areas. Travel outside these areas may be available upon request.

  • We understand that unexpected situations can happen. While all payments are non-refundable, we are happy to offer a full company credit valid for up to six (6) months from the original event date, unless otherwise stated. This credit can be applied toward a future booking, subject to availability.

  • Yes, we do. Multi-day rentals are available, with additional days offered at an added rate. Pricing varies based on the rental items and event duration.

  • Yes. We take care of delivery, professional setup, and pickup for our LED marquee letters and event rentals, allowing you to enjoy your event stress-free.

  • Our marquee letters can be placed on most surfaces; however, a flat and level surface is recommended to ensure proper placement and safety. A standard power outlet is required. For outdoor events, a backup indoor location is required in case of inclement weather.

  • Yes. Stacked marquee letter arrangements require additional time, labor, and setup considerations, so an additional fee applies.

  • We recommend booking at least one month in advance to secure availability, especially during peak seasons. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule.

  • We accept Zelle, CashApp, and Venmo as accepted forms of payment.
